Iterator End

1 min read
Updated:

Iterator End is an action module in FlowMattic - a workflow automation tool, that allows the user to end the execution of an iterator in a workflow. Iterators are used in workflows to loop through a given JSON array, process each individual item in the array, and map the data with subsequent steps in a workflow, and Iterator End is used to mark the end of the iteration process.

Once the iterator has completed its execution, the subsequent steps in the workflow are then executed. The Iterator End feature ensures that the workflow does not continue with its subsequent steps until the iteration process is complete.

When to use Iterator End?

You don’t always need to use the Iterator End module, even if you’re using the Iterator within your workflow. Here’s why -

The Iterator End module is required only when you want to execute some action steps after the Iteration process is completed. When you have no actions to perform after the iteration is done, you don’t need to use the Iterator End.
